I'm a door dasher, who had my delivery order thrown through the small window inside and it tipped over, when I approached the manager who did it and asked him to please not throw the orders like that it has drinks in it, he immediately became hostile and began cursing at me loudly I'm front of everyone immediately telling me I couldn't come back all because I asked him not to throw the food. Bought breakfast at 10:15am roughly, arrived at 10:29-10:30. Was told in the drive thru we had to go inside. My boyfriend went in and was told to pay again (pay for the same meal 2x). He said no, obviously, asked for the refund. Manager began getting hostile and said it will come through the app. We mentioned how we would prefer a cash refund due to app troubles in the past, and we were refused that as well.
