I use the kiosk, requested to eat inside and took a number and sat down. Apparently, at this McDonalds athey re not trained on how that works. And she kept calling my number at the register. I had sat down around the corner quite a ways from the register and did not hear her. Apparently I finally got my food, but it wasn't very warm. And the coffee is not good.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s ever. After waiting a 1/2 to be waited on, the manager told me it would be another 45 minutes before she could take my order. I am a disabled veteran of 80 years old. I don’t mind waiting, but this is ridiculous. No apologies, no respect! She needs to get out of customer service immediately. She is ruining what used to be a great place to eat.

I ordered ahead of time and waited un the lobby for 20 minutes to get my order. During that time multiple customers walked out on their orders because it was taking so long. There was Noone at the front cashier for the entire 20 minutes I was there. Yikes. Lots of business lost.
