I had a mobile order and I pulled up to the first window to get my receipt. The lady working at the first drive thru window STARED at me for like a good 2 minutes with the receipt in her hand and her window of drive-thru closed as I had my car window down freezing. Then she finally opened her window and handed me the receipt and didn’t say anything… and acted pissed I wanted my receipt? It was the weirdest interaction EVER. I worked plenty of jobs in food service - is customer service not #1 anymore????
Highly disappointed. I don't know why but every time I've ordered here and I ask for certain ingredients to be removed they still end up on my sandwich/burger. It's frustrating to buy product only to have to throw it away because I'm unable due to an allergy. On a side note the employee that took my order in the drive thru was immaculate. And I highly appreciate them.

Welp- let's just say im not to fond of this place. I mean it's decent I suppose. The food is alright. The people always mess up my orders somehow.
Whoever was working at the drive-through window this evening and around 9 PM did an awful job of customer service. When I got to the menu in the drive-through, I was asked to wait a minute to give them my drive-through code from my mobile app. I was sitting there for about five minutes and the person behind me backed up and went to the other menu and was able to get their order taken right away.
