Bad. One star. We came for lunch and When we ordered we had missing fries, WRONG drink, and no dipping sauce we had paid for. Most of all,the fries was cold and hard like they were am old batch from yesterday! Absolutely absurd employee manner. The Tables and everything else was dirty,this is a terrible location I will not be returning!
The service here is very poor, nobody wants to wait on you, waited a long time to get food, food was cold or wasn't cooked properly. Server slammed the tray in front of me once the food was delivered. Absolutely won't be eating here anymore.
They always mess up my food. I have to call and come back, and it still isnt right. They keep hiring kids that don't give a damn about the job they're supposed to do
I always order ahead on the app and yet everytime I pick up at this location I have to wait over half an hour to get the good ive paid for. They barely greet you at the box and the last two times no one was at any windows for 15 minutes when I finally did make it that far. On top of that is almost always missing and item and usually part if rhe order is room temp at best!
This is the trashiest mcdonalds in the world, every time I go here they are always forgetting a quarter of my meal, today my husband went to get us food.. paid for 5 meals with 5 drinks ended up only getting 5 meals and 3 drinks my husband had to correct them 3 times and they still managed to mess up my order. You know I really dont care about the Quality of service when I dont even get everything I paid for.
