When I say this is the worst restaurant chain in my 56 years! We stopped here after driving from Lake Charles, LA. From the cashier to the cooks, to the manager is an horrible experience. Shake machine down, only have minimal menu. We don’t have, it doesn’t work! Ugh! Never ever again. I rather eat at the gas stations.The Entire staff needs to be disbanded. And start over from the bottom up. Shut the place down and hire new fresh customer centric staff. Period! The brand name should be ashamed for allowing such incompetence.
30-minute wait for cold food. I was parked, forgotten about, and received cold food.
Stood at counter , 2 women i assume had ordered ahead of me , no other customers, everyone in back including manager; just kept looking at me !!! Well wendy’s across the street seem to appreciate my business, course they just threw my bacon in burger wrapper , instead of on the burger!!! At least i got food from Wendy’s tho!!! 7/3/25 at 3:00 pm !!! I spunt less than a dollar cause they wouldn’t wait on me , and walked out cause they wouldn’t wait on me & got no food cause i got tired of waiting on them to wait on me !!!
