It’s usually ok enough but sometimes I have to argue about whether a 2 cheeseburger meal exists or not. It exists so I’m not sure how that’s complicated.
If I could give zero stars I would! I was at this location having coffee this morning. I got a refill and then went back up to get a second refill at this time the lady that was at the counter was in plain clothes, not a McDonald’s uniform told me I could not have a cup of coffee. I already had two refills. I told her I only had one refill and she starts to argue with me about the coffee. she was very rude, turned her back on me and walked away. I placed an order at the Hwy 105 location in Beaumont Texas. The lady on the intercom was rude. I attempted to place an order and provided specific details on how I want it made and one order read correctly and the other did not.
