Came in middle of lunch rush. I had my food within minutes. Even being as busy as they were my food way made right and seemed really fresh. This location is much better than broadway location. I’ll drive all the way over there just for the better service.
The playland was amazing! My kids had so much fun, our breakfast was fresh and hot!
It appears the 'complete order' and 'receipt' features are currently in beta testing and frequently crash. My latest interaction involved a breakfast order arriving sans one beverage. When I tried to troubleshoot this with an employee—even suggesting a re-purchase given the lack of a receipt—their 'solution' was a swift, silent departure. Perhaps they're pioneering a new form of customer service where all communication is non-verbal and entirely one-sided.
