This McDonald’s location is extremely unprofessional. I’ve visited about five times, but my last visit was honestly a joke. After work, I stopped by and used the app to earn points. The cashier took an unusually long time to take my order—he kept stopping mid-conversation and repeatedly said “sorry” without actually helping. Meanwhile, every other car in the drive-thru kept moving forward—except me. After finally taking my order, he charged me full price, even though I had used my points. I had to ask for a refund.
