I ordered online, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes after multiple other cars got their order then they told me they didn't get the code in after I gave it to them. Then I had to wait more after giving them the code again. After all that my order was slightly wrong, but that's probably because the remade it after I told them what it was. Now I'm not angry, normally it is pretty consistent, and it was probably an honest mistake. But I'm confused on how they handle the situation.
I came in to get a gift card and Timothy helped me. He was very patient and kind and communicated clearly. That hasn’t always been my experience at McDonald’s so kudos to him!
