I stood there for a straight 20 minutes and they looked at me but never came to take my order and I can see in there kitchen and there's at least 2 people working super hard and others are just standing there

After checking into kiosk it wouldn't print my receipt. Went to manager and instead of saying it's broken she says I'm not an IT Tech. Then as I waited 35 minutes for my order I witnessed multiple orders that were incorrect. The lady that was working the French fries picked up a broom and dustpan and swept some stuff up and put it in the trash right next to the fries and proceeded to touch the fries without changing gloves. Pls go somewhere else
