Manager refused to cook my burger well done. Burger was uncooked and raw. She said she would not accommodate me. Took the food away and forced a refund. Why can't they cook the burger more? Why can't they accommodate customers? I must eata raw burger? Time wasted. This business is a joke.
Placed an online order for pick up this evening. I decided to go in to the establishment to pick up as EVERYTIME I go through drive thru I’m asked to pull aside and wait (for kids meals). We go to this location for convenience based on where we live but will avoid moving forward. After letting people pass me in line in the drive through I got up to the window and asked why, follow up was "whoops sorry" and then gossiping about me behind the window. atrocious work tonight everyone on the night staff today should've been fired long ago if that's how they act. I hate the fact that I won't be going to my favorite McDonald's due to this incident
The food is what you’d expect. I’ve never been served anything bad here. What earns the high rating is the staff; I’m glad to drive thru for my morning coffee everyday because of the wonderful service. 🫶
