Overall the food was acceptable. One of the managers seemed to have an attitude when taking my order.
Was a bit slow but overall a great experience
I wish yall could figure out the drive thru situation. Not being able to hand out anything at the window, just for people to pull around for no spaces left, then to wait only to get cold soggy food… it’s disappointing. Not even ordering anything complicated cheeseburgers and nuggets should not require a pull around I’m sorry. The workers handing out the food were nice and doing their best, but it’s unorganized and sloppy.
These five stars is for Ms.Saniya. I hope I got her name correct. My food was sent out by her and she was the sweetest young lady. She was slammed with orders, yet she was smiling and very polite. I asked for her name before she walked away because it very far and few to find nice and polite young people. Especially working in fast food where is so chaotic.
It’s the first week of the Shamrock Shake and yall don’t have any shakes. What is the issue here? Poor Ordering? Poor management? Inability to plan? Do better.
