The employees have way too much attitude. The food was dry and yet it was covered in grease. 0/10 would never recommend.
Went thru the drive thru this morning just before 7 a.m... the guy taking our order appeared to be having a really bad day but took our order and processed the payment. The gal at the window where we got our food said something to us but neither of us understood what she said.... Food was hot and fresh and just as we ordered it. Sometimes a little mcDonalds for breakfast is just what you need! Hit the spot and got us in our way!
Its mcdonalds.. the bar is not high. But if someone cant work their shift without coughing up a lung maybe they shouldnt be handling other people's food. Management should be ashamed of themselves for letting this happen. I oughta complain to the health department.
Poor customer service. Got my Mcdouble cheese burger order wrong. I asked for no cheese and extra pickles. I got cheese on my sandwich, had to go take it back, and waited 20 to 30 minutes for a new sandwich, no cheese, and no extra pickles. I'm not even going to apply for a job here no matter how desire I get. I'd leave a zero star review if there was an option for it. I'm very disappointed in this McDonald's, and I used to work at one in Monument, Colorado, and they put this one to shame.
