These guys usually get it right almost all the time... There is always the chance that a mistake is made when they're super busy as I can only imagine the chaos. I wish you didn't always have to hear the same question when you pull up through the drive-thru if you're using the mobile app. I understand you're trying to advertise but it would save time and speed up the drive-thru.
Open late and snack wraps are back! Edit: so I knew I was cutting it close.. placed an order on the app maybe 4 or 5 minutes before close? Got to the drive-thru with maybe a minute or two left. The automated order thing asked me for my mobile code and I gave it but it never acknowledged. So I pulled forward to the cashier. Nobody was there but somebody was getting food at the food window.
