It like any McDonalds. Not so fast, not so cheap but the fries are good and the grandkids love it.
They kept trying to give me other people's orders; one of them we opened the bag, grabbed the food, and realized that it wasn't our order. Handed it back, and they put the sticker back on it it to give it to someone after the food was already touched. I even informed him that they can't just give the food to someone after it went out the window and was touched. Either didn't care or didn't hear. I would rather drive to a different city than go to this McDonald’s. I’ve been to this McDonald’s probably five times and they’ve been really difficult every time. I’m a very easy to please person too. So if I’m having trouble then you know it’s bad.
They forgot my cookies on a door dash order and I’m really sad. It’s not even a big deal, I just had a long week and I was really excited about them. :(
Came in on my lunch break (30 minutes) through the drive thru. I ordered my food everything was fine up until I get to window 1 to pay. The lady who was helping me super sweet however when it came time for them to stick my card into the machine to pay it wouldn’t take. I sat in the drive thru for about 15-20 minutes. I finally parked and went inside where I found out that their computers went down but no one told me that until I went inside and before I went inside they also walked off with my debit card as well.
