Visited this place once a week with my kids. Both times, I had inaccurate orders delivered. Staff was friendly in fixing it, but the way they upgraded to more of a self-service type of restaurant has an negative effect of someone helping you. There is only one staff member at the counter and they are quite busy helping the queue. They did clean the place up tremendously with the "unhoused" and mentally ill people, but there are occasional occurrences of events that required security to intervene. Nobody is taking orders at drive through!! It's always the same lol just go next door to Taco Bell or chick flay. embarrassingly constantly non attentive
