Checked Online and at the store and it clearly says “open until 11:00pm”. Stopped by at 10:30 with my little girl. She needed to use the restroom and I wanted to grab a drink. I was in my sprinter van that wouldn’t fit through the drive thru. So, I parked and went to open the door to the restaurant. Door was locked and the manager came and cracked it open and said “we are closed”. I pointed at the sign and told him his hours said they were open until 11:00. The customer service has gone down exponentially over the last 6 months. Yesterday there was only one car in front of me on the drive-thru and only two in the parking lot and it still took me 17 minutes to get a Big Mac very soggy and cold Fry's and two McChickens which at first they forgot the Big Mac. It seems like the managers need to be retrained so they could retrain their employees.
I seldom eat at this McDonald's location and I'm so disappointed for they have NO REFILLS as compared to other locations around Yorbalinda! I will NOT RECOMMEND this location at all for they couldn't refill your drinks!!! What a shame!! Please let other customers to be aware on this location. Not fair from other locations.
