Wait times are usually much longer than a day food place should be. Evenings and later at nights are usually very understaffed.
Came in around 6:45 last night, on curbside ordered a drink and a large fry, both usually come out within a minute, and it wasn't busy. I ended up waiting 15 minutes, and finally got fed up and went inside only to see the curbside person laughing with another person. Ordered from the kiosk, 2 orders, a burger and a shake. The shake was done in 1 minute, as I saw them place it down. Always have a rude staff that takes so long to get orders out for some reason they never speak good English here and the store is always a mess. Always a horrible experience, then again don’t know what else to expect from a McDonald’s
