Took my grandchildren for lunch. Tables were dirty & when I asked if they cleaned them she couldn’t answer me. Bathrooms were filthy. Absolutely disgusting experience. Should have done takeout.
EMPLOYEES GOT THE WORNG ORDER!!! I got a 2 can dine for my kids and got the quarter pounder BUT they gave us 2 BIGMACS!!! we wanted 2 QUARTER PONDERS. why. Now my kids are crying
I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a while now and never had any actual issues - staff is always very friendly and don’t have any complaints about them. However today I was almost halfway through eating my fries and find a dead fly in them - absolutely appalled. I get accidents happen and it is getting warmer outside and flies may come in through the drive thru, but maybe check the food you’re handing out. It also was not busy the time that I went which is more alarming.
Went through drive thru. Wife ordered a Big Mac. Got our food, opened the box. 3 buns, 1 pattie. Bun, pattie, bun, bun. Went back through. Showed the kid. Got told that's the way they're made.
