Always have to pull into spot 1 and wait and wait and wait. Worst McDonald's for making you wait.
If they're "busy" ("busy" for them is 2+ cars in the drive thru) good luck. They have 2 order screens but you'll sit in line at 1 while the other moves multiple people before you. Why have 2 drive thru lines if you can't actually handle 2?
Very poor experience at this McDonald’s. A staff member named Showin is rude and makes ordering through the drive-thru unnecessarily frustrating by constantly asking customers to repeat their order. His communication is unclear and unprofessional. I have also witnessed concerning behavior suggesting orders may be tampered with if customers complain. Totally unacceptable. This location needs serious improvement in staff training and customer service.
