Drive through staff always have an attitude like customer are bothering them, breakfast bagels are always burnt and never have the sauce put on them, and today they misread my order and whom I believe to be the shift lead/ manager started an argument with me in front of multiple customers when I tried to provide my mobile order recicipt to get the correct food while also loudly talking about me with other employees right behind the counter. Server rude. Self service menu not clear. $.27 for syrup. Always came with McGriddle...last visit to this store. $11 breakfast for 2 sandwiches and hash browns- no drinks. Will spend a little more next time for a real meal with good service. 15 minutes to hear them complaining and then cook my order.
Why can’t they figure out how to find the table?? Please train your staff. The play structure is in its own room where you can’t hear the counter yelling and multiple times I’ve had staff tell me they were yelling my name and didn’t know where to bring the food. But the app says it’s going to bring it to the table I showed one lady where the number on the receipt is and on the table but idk how this is missed in training. No one seems to know how to do it here.
