While the McDonald’s on Cumberland has much better quality of food than the Main St. location, the service and evening shift management is extremely poor. Their attitudes are the worst and they definitely don’t understand how to analyze sales data, inventory levels, supplier lead times to predict demand. There's never been a time when we went here and our food hasn't been cold and WRONG. It's like they don't listen to what you say. We went by last night asked for a Quarter pounder no mustard add mayonnaise and a double quarter pounder. They gave us a Big Mac and cold fried. I rather make a special trip out to Smithville then ever go back here. At least I get hot food and my order right out there.
