Horrible place! The wait is extremely long.
You have to ask for fresh food. Don't do door dash cause your food is sure to be cold even if you call and ask for fresh food. This is because they prepare your food soon as they get the order... mind you, there may not even be anyone assigned to pick up your order and it won't be picked up for another 20-25 mins. No customer service whatsoever. You can be standing there for ten to fifteen minutes waiting before someone finally acknowledges you. Meanwhile staff is just standing around staring at you. 12 minutes for a six piece nugget and a medium sweet tea from the time I payed.
