I truly feel for the employees here. The app is a problem. It goes through, takes your money gives you an order number then you get to the window and it won’t let the employees make it. It will not work so you have to cancel your order, wait for a refund. Causing confusion on both ends of the party. It’s ridiculous.
Ive been waiting 6 minutes for attention and being ignored by employees. Thought this was a fast food restaurant but I guess fast means Waiting 10 minutes for acknowledgement
1st of all the food was delicious and the service was quick . We ate at the grill and the owner chatted with us as we ate.. not a worrisome chat, but interested in us as his customers , we very much enjoyed the conversation. This place must always be good because people were coming through the drive through and eating at the booths even around 3 pm.. Well worth the trip to have their delicious tacos.. 2 for $3 each for $6 total and a gracious plenty of good Mexican Food. Will definitely be going back there again next time we... read more
No customer service, you must order from the app or kiosk. They drop you food in the pick up bin weather you are dining in, standing to get your food... No help if you need a napkin or condiments
