This has got to be the worst McDonald’s ever, customer service is the the lowest of all lows. Ordered a mcrispy on the mobile app. Got it and the bun was literally burnt black. Called and asked nicely just have it remade. They said bring the food and the receipt and we will take care of you. Went over there and must have not got who I talked to on the phone cause after basically being scoffed at they replaced with another burnt bun mcrispy. This time I called customer service as I am pretty unhappy. Waiting to hear from someone.
It's always wrong and cold. Mist of tge ti.e employees are rude.
