They were very kind
Went through the drive thru, Ordered a medium hot black coffee and a large iced tea. Simple right? Not here. Got handed a ice tea, no ice, tea was so weak that I could read a newspaper through it. Coffee was cold (guess I know what happened to the ice), handed it back to the girl working the drive thru, she just stood there. Told her it was supposed to be hot, her response "I poured it from the container". I asked if the coffee inside the container was hot, she looked more confused.
