I can no longer make my order at the front counter!!! I do NOT do mobile orders or make my order on a kiosk I use cash for payment so with a kiosk it does not take cash or give change!!! So NOW I can not buy my food at this location with legal tender what a joke. I want to sit down and eat not use a drive through and then come inside!!! Due to this I will no longer be going to this McDonald’s or any McDonald’s that does the same thing very very disappointed
It was 10:35 PM, and the lobby was closing at 11:00. I found the door was locked but I wasn't too surprised. The McDonald's close to my house often closes early due to shot staffing. Just as I was about to get back into my car, a staff member emerged and let me in to use the restroom. I was very appreciative. As a Lyft driver, I sometimes run into difficulty finding available restrooms, especially later in the evening. Thank you for your consideration and customer service.
