It was 10:35 PM, and the lobby was closing at 11:00. I found the door was locked but I wasn't too surprised. The McDonald's close to my house often closes early due to shot staffing. Just as I was about to get back into my car, a staff member emerged and let me in to use the restroom. I was very appreciative. As a Lyft driver, I sometimes run into difficulty finding available restrooms, especially later in the evening. Thank you for your consideration and customer service.
No toilet paper in the women’s room and no one was working who had a key to put the roll on the toilet paper holder. Other toilet paper was all over the floor.
