I ordered my breakfast here at the Mena one location and I asked for a cup for water. They said they’re out of water. How can you be out of water? What are they cleaning with. They have like 10 employees and it’s always in chaos even when there’s only three people here. They really need to get their act together. I just found out that they remove the water button at the self serve drinks. Have never seen this at any other McDonald’s so I pay 20 bucks for food and can’t get a cup of water you make me buy soda or bottled water... read more
Get's busy early but always get taken care of and treated like a friend. Jim (James?) at the front is just the best. Friendly, warm, attentive and personifies the service I love about McDonalds.
Really rude got my order wrong when I was super specific. Gave me the smallest ice cream they could, was just overall rude and incompetent.
Greatest joy on earth visiting mcds !!
