Went through the drive thru, ordered 2 combo meals. They asked us to pull forward, they had to make the quarter pounder. Long story short we waited almost 20 minutes. My husband ended up going in and getting it. Their excuse was they just finished making the quarter pounder, what were you doing the last 20 minutes? Food wasn't even fresh. Very disappointing and unacceptable!!
