15-20 minutes sitting waiting for curbside pickup only to find theyd marked the order as complete and forgot about it under the heat lamp. Forced me to go in and ask them to just give it to me directly. Then they had me fill my own drinks because they couldnt even be bothered to do that. Other people out in the curbside area were having to go in to ask for their orders too. It wasnt even lunch hour anymore.
Just stopped in and not only did we order in drive through but had to tell person at windows what we bought to put in the bags. Thankfully wasn't a big order but half or happy meal missing because we didn't list the contents individually.
Always super slow when placing mobile order. I have cancelled them multiple times and took my business elsewhere.
Staff is always great and friendly. A go to on the busy quick nights
