Rounding up not down
Ordered Hotcakes and Bacon through the app. Got home and only had bacon—no hotcakes. Had to drive back, and while they gave me the hotcakes, they didn’t replace the bacon and made me feel like I was being questioned. Two trips for one order is unacceptable. Do better.
I usually have a pretty decent experience with this restaurant but this time I was really pushed to the limit by a manager that was very rude and trying to talk to me as if I am beneath her even threatened me by saying I needed to leave her parking lot I had to remind her that I was a customer and that I wasn’t going to accept her speaking to me in a very rude tone and acting as if she was my supervisor or something I don’t know what problem she was having inside of the restaurant but I definitely didn’t like her trying to t... read more
