The order was rung up correctly but made incorrect. Took it back to window and it was incorrect once again. Then the 3rd time one order was missing an item. All food was lukewarm but was asked to be fresh. Manager was a little rude. I will never go back to that location
Ordered on the app about 2 minutes before arriving and my two sandwiches were hot, fresh and ready
Pulled up at 11pm, says it closes at midnight. Employees were outside talking, no one would take my order. Ended up going to Papa John's. I just worked all day and haven't eaten. I just wanted a burger. Nothing else is open.
The previous remodel eliminated the outdoor playground. The recent remodel eliminated seating and the self service beverage machine. Long wait for refills. The hoodlums from Ballard are very loud and disruptive. The make a big mess as well. Avoid this location after school. The self service order terminals are a positive addition.
The food is ok when we actually get our right order thry charge us for food that we didnt order then pocket the money in their pockets for instance I oreded a sausage egg Mc muffin combo meal thry charged me for the combo but got a egg biscuit no combo it was wrong and didnt give me a reciet
