Very rude people here. I pulled up to the drive-thru and I pulled my phone out to give the code to receive points (like normal) the young heavy-set woman said with a harsh attitude (you're supposed yo give that at the speaker -you should know). She has helped me many times before, so I was a little confused and I was taken back by the rude response and the look I was given. I asked is there a sign that says that?
