Crazy, terrible customer service, a whole mess, they never find the services despite being paid for.
They forgot part of my drive through order. Will not refund me over the phone. No time to go back and deal in person. Frankly speaking, I think I needed that to happen. I’d been looking for a reason to never go back. This wasn’t a big deal, but it’s a good enough reason. Which will be better for my family and I overall. Goodbye, McDonalds.
Gave us wrong item thru drive thru, didn't realize it til it was too late to adjust it.
