I when in a Monday afternoon to go in the kids playground to see how much fun I could have but turns out I got stuck in for 4 hours and no one to save me.And then a kid started running at me 10/10
I placed an order online twice for drive thru pickup. As soon as I arrive to the speaker they say I can't pull up your order please choose the option curbside or counter pickup instead. But they know my name for the order when I tell them the code. Also how will they know what I ordered if I change it to curbside instead??? So I switch it to curbside and wait there for half an hour as 10+ cars go through the drive thru. I then check my phone and see they canceled my ordered. Hands down the worst McDonald's l've ever seen. 90% of the time the order is wrong and the service is horrible. Perhaps you wanna place a pickup, but apparently they are closed early when you get there. "You'll have to cancel on the app!" Genuine joke when it comes to fast food overall. I truly hope corporate takes over. I hadn't went for a while but I decided l'd try tonight but nope still horrible.
They don’t close at 12. Apparently they close at 11:15 now. Fix your hours if that’s what yall are going to do.
