30 minutes in a drive thru for "fast food" is unacceptable. Then your food is coled when received. Brownwood McDonald's has to do better!
In order a sausage biscuit and a sausage Mc griddle- I waited over 40 minutes to get two items. I asked for a refund and was told the manager is coming. The manager is coming and never came. This store is going down hill- I did not expect to wait such a long time for my order FOR 2 ITEMS!! What is going on Eric? NO STARS literally they had the maintenance man handing out food.
