They served cold fries,the burgers were greasy and they were rude to customers telling them they didn’t need drinks and certain kinds of foods
Terrible service waited 50 minutes for 6 nuggets and a fry after my online order was cancelled since the curbside wasn’t available but the manager said it was. And then manager wanted to argue back with me Instead of diffuse the situation. Poor service poor customer service. Poor management. I understand being short staffed I do!! I worked in fast food. It’s no excuse.
Let me be clear this has nothing to do with the staff because they did an amazing job throughout this process. I was picking up 3 mobile orders for breakfast but was told at the drive thru I could only pick up 2 out of the 3 in the drive thru and would have to physically come into the store to pick up the 3rd order. The staff informed me this was a new policy by the new management. The issue was it was past breakfast hours at this point and the order had to be resubmitted at the register.
