It is clear that the employees were not hired for customer service skills but just solely bodies to fill space. The drive thru is a joke; one line moves and the other is "please wait" and you never know which one is which. In the am, the drive thru literally does one car at a time (order, drive up, get meal, leave and then next car orders), so if you get the wrong line, you could sit there for a long time before they finally get back to you. The workers on the weekends are attentive, friendly, and usually pretty fast. The bathrooms are alright.
