I ordered a Oreo Mcflurry and they managed to screw it up. They gave me a ice cream with half a scoop of oreos on it. And I dont speak Spanish so I asked them to give me more oreos a couple times and they just keep re stirring it. I asked them to remake it but they didn't.
After hearing “be with you in a moment” we didn’t hear from an employee for 30 minutes. Drive thru was empty, only people in line and lobby was empty when we went around front. After waiting for 30+ minutes we left with no food and still didn’t hear the employee again. Terrible service!
