Unbelievable slow service and food wasn't even warm when I did finally received it

As I walked into the Bancroft McDonald‘s tonight I noticed all the outside garbages were overflowing to the point that they wouldn’t close. I was going to flag this to staff but decided to use the washroom first. In there I realized that cleanliness was not a high priority for this location. The bathrooms were gross. One of the two hand dryers didn’t work and the thick layer of dust on them both suggested this washroom has been neglected for weeks. This genuinely may be the worst mcdonalds of all time. No matter what time you come here, it's an insane long wait. I've waited no joke for 45 minutes for food numerous times
