The manager on shift at 2:15 pm on 4/4/26 was extremely rude and nasty. Mind you we sat at the ordering speaker for 9 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. I ordered a kpop meal, a large 10 piece nugget combo, and a kids chicken nugget meal. We get to the food window and we were handed the kpop meal, the kids meal, and a bag with a large fry.(missing the combo 10 piece) so I go inside to show my receipt and she immediately gets defensive like I’m lying and asks me to go outside and get my food and bring it back in. ... read more
Service was a little slow but staff was kind and understanding especially one manager and a front worker.
