Standing at the counter and workers bs had to walk out because they acted like I was a ghost! Bad service.
Worst service ever. Forgot half our meal and drinks. Had no ketchup, no napkins. Not the cleanest either. Cannot recommend unless you are desperate.
Ordered online and they didn't have something from my order available. Was not offered a refund for said missing item. The food I did get was fresh though. Just a typical McDonald's experience.
Waited 15 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese with a hash brown, then was given the wrong order, and when I asked to get my correct order I was called a "cabron". I proceeded to then have to wait another 15 minutes for it. The poor lady at the front was trying to get the others attention to fix my sandwich but they were too busy yelling at each other. Not cool dudes
Early morning, I was headed to a funeral. Decided to grab something for the trip. As I came to the rest stop, I didn’t really expect much. Didn’t know if the McDonald’s would even be open however, I went in and was greeted by associate who I realize later was supervisor Ryan. His service and politeness really impressed me.
