I accidentally selected the wrong location for my birthday coupon. And had to wait 15 mins for a free ice coffee. Quite ridiculous. No reason I can’t just get a free ice coffee. Not like it hurts anything and now I gotta wait 20 whole mins after canceling the order for the coupon to reactivate

I came with my colorguard team! Belleville west colorguard! We are from Illinois and stopped to get dinner before we head back to our hotel. As our orders started being handed out they were wrong and we went back to get them fix and as we went back they became very rude and was clearly ignoring us and even the manager of the shift was rude with me when I asked for my fries to be corrected and for my collectible she got very rude and it was clearly uncalled for. I don’t recommend this McDonald to ANYONE. Do better.
The manager was very rude. I came into that McDonalds with my team to get food after practice, they continued to mess up orders and get mad when we tell them so. They got one of our teammates Oder so wrong she had to keep going up there and they refused to fix it. Overall they were super rude, never going back again
The workers were very rude, and continued to get upset at customers for incorrectly packing orders. Understandably, they were stressed out from a group coming in, but they continually took it out on the cutsomers. Food was fire tho.
