So I went through the drive thru and asked for a chocolate shake and some other stuff and got through the the window after paying and was given my food there was no one behind me and was told they were still working on my shake and told me to go to spot one just to sit there for 10 minutes and never had a worker come out there and watched like 7 cars go passed me like I dont know if there machine was down and didnt want say anything because of it but that's so pretty bad service at least tell me that you couldn't do instead ... read more

I had this issue at shorewood mcdonald's and top that yesterday they mess up a drink from someone instead of dr pepper it was sprite. we told the customer to connect doordash and mcdonald's bc I try to tell the person the order even said dr pepper and she snap at me and said it was there. that mcdonald's takes forever as well to get recognized at McDonalds and they ingore their dashers til the time it's picks up they wait another min. i received 4 doordash orders from this location, upon arrival the store was close every time. no calls were answered, nothing. online the store is supposed to be open today until 4am or at least 1am since it’s friday. i don’t appreciate how im affected by having to cancel or decline customers orders because the “store closed early” i want to speak to a manager and will not be coming here late no longer. the hours are not accurate.
