After picking up my mobile order at the drive thru, I realized they missed a burger so I went inside, the manager was nearby and asked if I needed any help and quickly gave me my burger and even an extra small fry. I really appreciated his kindness. They were very busy at the drive thru and inside the restaurant so it’s understandable that they missed an item.

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke. I don’t know what kind of training these people get, but apparently, it’s “how to mess up every single order while pretending you know what you’re doing.” The cashier repeated my order back perfectly — every single item, down to the drink size — then handed me a bag full of the wrong food like it was a magic trick.
