If it were up to me, I would give this place zero stars. There are already so many bad reviews, and honestly I can see why. We waited in the drive-thru for almost an hour. They forgot our sauces and drinks, and even after I read the receipt back to the worker, he still gave us the wrong drinks. I also had to remind him about the sauces myself. Went through the drive thru tonight, half of our order was missing. Called the store and the manager David sounded like a 12 year old kid, refused to help us out when I asked for a phone number for the management company who owns this restaurant. The night consisted of a bunch of kids not working while at work. We ordered a 10 piece nugget meal among other things but they have us a 6 piece happy meal and a 4 piece nugget, the food was ice cold, they gave us literally every dipping sauce except the ranch that we ordered, but ... read more
Way better this time took long but my steak and egg bagel was the best I've had there yet!
I'm a Doordasher, and they have this order marked as ready when it's not even started. They are causing me to lose rating because they don't know how to complete an order before marking it as ready. I just heard the guy say "It'll be a full wait on apple pies." Easily the worst store in the city.
