It is unfortunate that a majority of the staff can not understand the reward codes and the order requested. Fast food service should be fast and efficient. I dread driving through knowing most times my order will not be correct.
The diet machine was broxen. So i reguested a cup for water. I took a sip.To my surprise there was a long straight thick hair next to the ice that was in my cup. I show the Manager. First thing out of her mouth was thats not our fault. I replied by saying I have blonde hair. She just said what you want me to do. Get another cup. All I need for her to say was my apologies. Let me get you a new cup. This was absolutely 💯 bad managementpr
