Was told drive-through was closed because of raining, drove past as staff sat on their butt.
You need to make sure the workers realize its a open kitchen and people can actually hear them when they bash the customer. To get mad and then go talk shit about me because i came in to pick up my order instead of ghe drive through is just crazy. If i was cassies boss i would have sent her home instead of letting in slide.
Pressure sure the girl taking drive thru orders was strung out. Count understand her and the massive hickeys on her neck didn’t help her case. Food was cold and gross. Snack wrap was inedible. It’s a snack wrap, how can you ruin that.
