Its good service but you often need to check and make sure your order is right. Morning staff usually different quality than late night. (Poor late night management) Ignore a lot of the reviews from the names below, that are 1 star. Local Indian family (Family of 200+) are buying out most everything and I mean EVERYTHING in Arab and they give poor reviews on business that wont sell. Horrible service...horrible staff...horrible management. Easily the worst franchise in Alabama.
On 9/15/14. Found cockroach in my quarter pounder. Manager refused to do anything about it. Would never eat from any McDonald's. McDonald's in arab al worst ever
