Traveling through we stopped by at 9pm. We ended up ordering to go and was told the chocolate milk was in the bag. The milk was not in the bag. We could not get help from the staff and because the "kiosk did not print the receipt, we cant prove".
My local McDonald's so the opinion can change often!! Service matters. It's better than it was a year ago. Its McDonald's. It's improved.
Without fail Everytime I order burgers they put either no onion or next to nothing and when I ask for onion they try to charge me extra. This has happened 6+ times in a row unlike other McDonald's locations.... Why am I paying extra to get a complete burger?
