If I could give zero stars for the service I just received I would. Rang my sandwich in wrong and didn’t put cheese on it. Then when I went back though drive through had to explain that around 3 different time to different people. Went up to the window and they charged me extra for the cheese. They refused to make me a new sandwich and gave me a cold piece of cheese to put on my now cold sandwich. Something so small turned into very poor service. Do better. Has completely turned around, great customer service, atmosphere was welcoming and clean. Fast as well.
A horrible McDonald’s with the worst customer service. The service is undoubtedly slow as I’ve waited over 20 minutes for an order with 2 items. The staff is beyond rude and if you inform management they yell and try to argue. The drive thru workers have no clue how to ring up orders as they have tried to charge me an extra $2.87 by adding as opposed to substituting. Generally now I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes down the road to the new McDonald’s that was recently built as they are a lot more pleasant. Would not r... read more
