Slow and rude. They act like you're taking food from their kids' mouths when I ask for ketchup. Can't even get an order right most of the time

Love it when the fries are hot . Fast good service
Terrible attitude towards doordash pickup drivers. I was simply just trying to speak to someone and no one wanted to talk. Looked at me. And walked past. Waited over 40 minutes no answers. Doordash central hub called store, no one answered. Doordash had to cancel order. Lost all pay for an hours worth of active time. Wouldn't ever order here.
What is the purpose of ordering on the app 20 minutes before i even get there and still have to wait 30 minutes to receive my order
