I tried the spicy sausage McMuffin and I ordered a folded egg and they gave me this and it is gross!!

Had to wait extra for out food then its overcooked my iced coffee didn't even have ice and was disgusting call back to let them know and can't do anything for me except replace food that I no longer want.no wonder mcdonalds is going under your manager was rude and told me to call back tomorrow or come back tomorrow so they disjt have to deal with it I will be talking to higher ups.
