I have never had so much attitude served in one place by every single person who had dealt with our money or our order. The level of attitude every single time I go in there is absolutely ridiculous and whenever I call the phone just rings through multiple times in a row and nobody can seem to answer the phone either. I’m normally not the type of person to leave this nasty of a review, but I don’t like to be treated like I’m a nuisance because I’m hungry or thirsty.
Slow and mistakes
Okay I get you have to use the kiosk to order. But if you're not going to fill my cup for me, then just let me order a large soda. They being it to the table then you have to get up and go fill your families drinks while your food sits getting cold Idc if this makes me sound like a Karen. The customer experience inside McDonald's is not good anymore
service and and food ARE what they should be but it's just a lack of cell phone service will sometimes piss you off!. Verizon or not..
