Lacking old McDonald's personage
My family of 4 got our drinks without straws and was asked to pull forward and wait on our food. When the girl came out to drop our food we asked for straws, the girl took off to drop food to another car before we could get the words out, when she came back by we asked her again for straws, she went inside and came back out and told us her manager said the straws were in the bag ( they were not, that's why we asked for them) apparently the manager told the girl to tell us since they were officially closed they could not give... read more
My chicken sandwich was doused in a lot of mayo when I asked for light mayo.
We paid for sauses and the guy was a dick about it and he never even gave them to us when we had multiple meals with fries and nuggets
