Just came to have coffee with some friends Needless to say drive thru was busy so the customers in the lobby kinda got forgotten
We ordered food my other half redeem points everyone got there food but me he had to go back up and show them he redeem 3 times not 2 . The manager was not sympathetic or did not even apologize either
