I waited in the pick up line for over 15 minutes.
Everytime we order through the mobile app, we always are missing food. We also recently ordered one item in drive through. The line was short and they were not busy inside. Almost 20 minutes for a cheeseburger. 2 cars ahead didn't order much and waited forever also.
I dont ever leave bad reviews, but one this is necessary.... Every single time I take my daughter for a happy meal, there are always 2 rows of cars practically wrapped around the building. Earlier today, my daughter and i sat in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes. I couldn't even get out of line because of the way the drive-through is set up, so we had no choice but to unfortunately wait.... and we waited a looongg long time... They never put napkins in your bag. Fries are cold EVERY SINGLE TIME we go. I do not recommen... read more
Refused drive thru service in an emergency vehicle because it was 10:58am and lunch starts at 11.
Self service kiosks are annoying and do not speed up the process. Paying cash is a 3 step process and good luck getting staffs attention.
