didn’t give half the sauces i PAY for and waiting in line for 20 mins for. don’t give napkins.
I’m convinced they mess your order up on purpose at certain times. I ordered the most simplest combo meal with a mcchicken and they gave me two cheeseburgers. How does that happen lol. If I was you I’d spend my money at Wendy’s or Arby’s. I mean I already have a cheeseburger meal now I have three cheeseburgers. Completely absurd especially when it’s a to go order and I didn’t realize until home.
Absolutely horrible service. This is not the first time either! Waited 45 with an animal in my car to get a mobile order that should have been ready. By the way it was 80 outside. (Yes the ac was on but it’s still hot when car isn’t moving) I was told twice that my order was coming. The. After an hour I left. Called management for refund on the order I never got. They said I have to come back and wait in line for a refund!
