This place sucks a bunch of teens work there.Always have to what for food special orders are always messed up! No ketchup Napkins even if you ask.Never going back!! I will drive to drive to Rochester location instead.I talked to James (Manager??) about under cooked french fries and and he said we ate half of them I said No they we just raw and soggy from being outside!
Typical McDonald’s. They didn’t give us our complete order going through the drive thru. Seems this is common when going through the drive thru now a days…
Bathrooms were not clean. Food tasted like the fryer hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The buns tasted old and stale and the pickles were expired.
