Sat in line in drive thru for several minutes, while employees socialized at the window with a guest that already had their food. Mine was cold
It's a McDonald's. Honestly, what do you want me to tell you? My food was hot, mostly hot, fries could have been heated. Very clean. Tidy location right at the rotary on 28 on the way up through Alton. People are friendly and even the customers were enjoying themselves.
Did not use my reward points after I asked
Absolutely the worst drive through service today. I ordered a Big Mac meal. They had me pull out to a spot to wait for my food. It took them several minutes to deliver my food to me after several cars behind me got served. That's ridiculous
Bunch of know it all teens with a major attitude problem. They don't listen their attention span is that of a 4 year old and got do they suck at french fries
