Employees Refused to exchange a toy..... its like they have no clue how to work there jobs or customer service they said due to it being a different one even though it was a new mcdonalds toy. Never in 35 plus years was i ever refused to exchange a mcdonalds toy till today. Very disappointed.
Be sure to check your bag BEFORE you leave, I made it all the way home and didn’t have part of my order. When I called they said they could refund me but only if I come to the store which I don’t have time for (I go to work). Worst customer service, better off at the other two McDonald’s in town.
In the past years did not have good times going to this mcdonald's but they have redeemed themselves seems like there doing better the past couple of times ive went they were really fast and got my order done right no missing items or anything nice job we'll see how this continues
As a former manager a cannot stand how they state their orders are ready as soon as they come in even though they are still working on them. They do this to improve their stated wait time but it does not reflect reality. No integrity.
Online order. 1st even though I put in the sauces I want tye don't give me what I put on the order. 2nd I ordered online to grab and go. Normally you just go in give the order number and they give you you 1 or 2 bags incl7ding drinks. sealed and ready for grab and go. At this mcdonalds they said they don't do that. And they don't give you 1 or 2 bags they just throw it in smaller bags and leave it on the service counter.
