Terrible service acted like they did no wrong when they never called my order and made me sit there for an extra 15 minutes. Can’t handle regular amounts of people it seems at this place.
To many times people just want to complain about fast food will I’m here to say that the staff at this McDonalds are truly amazing! From the manager Monica to her staff Lideni, Fatima, Joanna and Genesis. Yes I got their names because people matter. I’ve always liked McDonalds because hey best fast food around and they have a great crew running this McDonalds in Walmart. It’s clean and the staff meets you with a smile! They make sure your order is done right! Great place to get your food hot and with a smile!
Worst McDonald’s in Texas. The girl with short hair & glasses was the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life . There is no reason you should ever treat/talk to a customer that way
This place is filthy ,employees appearance and demeanor is not a line with any fast food representation to want to eat there. Soda machines are flat tasting, with signs of moled built up. No employees are wearing hair nets. The manager Rebecca doesn't show any concern about addressing inprovements. The owners needs to better represent or your customers with become ChikFilLa, Taco Bell customers instead.
Carmen was so nice and friendly and super great service, recommend!
