EVERY time I use the app with the drive thru I get told to pull forward to wait. This location has a standard operating procedure to cheat their ticket times. Management is worthless if they can't run the franchise the way it is supposed to be.
I've given this location multiple chances. Last night was the final one!! What a waste of $17.50!! The nuggets were hard as a rock. The burger was poorly put together. The fries were COLD & over-salty. The soda was flat. YUK!! No receipt -- no review there. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy nor will I EVER come back! One star only cause the guy at the drive through was friendly (and Google makes you choose at least one)
If I order the $5 meal, I want the $5 meal. Do not up charge me for larger sizes and try to sneak in the extra charges. That is awful. 4 out of 4 times now your people have tried this.
